A New Home For FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF NEW YORK

The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (FHLBNY) is pleased to announce that our New York office has moved to a brand new space on the sixth and seventh floors of the 101 Park Avenue location. Although we have moved up in floors, there is no need to update your records as our mailing address remains the same at 101 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10178. All FHLBNY phone numbers remain the same, as well.

The epicenter of our new space is the Capital Markets and Member Services areas

This new workspace reflects the FHLBNY’s commitment to our employees and further strengthens our ability to serve our members. The FHLBNY’s trading floor, which is comprised of our Capital Markets and Member Services areas, serves as the epicenter of our new office. The open layout fosters collaboration and creativity, providing more room to grow and evolve as an organization and culture.

The carefully strategized space not only allows us to communicate with our colleagues more dynamically, but also expands opportunities in the way we interact with our members and the communities we serve. Members are welcome to come visit our new space and benefit from the FHLBNY’s knowledge and resources.

…………………………………………………………………..

In this new space, members will be better able to take advantage of our Member-Director Education Sessions, in which education sessions for our members’ board directors and management team are custom-tailored to demonstrate how the FHLBNY can be leveraged to better serve the interests and the fiduciary needs of customers and shareholders.

More meeting spaces, including the “Strategy Room” pictured above, expand opportunities to interact and collaborate. Textured glass walls display maps of community projects.

Topics include (but are not exclusive to):

FHLBank System Overview, Earnings, and Financial Highlights (including FHLBank Debt Issuance Program, Washington Update and more)

FHLBNY Membership Benefits and Trends (including how to leverage the benefits of our unique partnership)

FHLBNY Products, Services, and Programs (including Advance Product Offerings/Trends, Letters of Credit, Community Lending and Housing Programs and more)

Strategic Planning (including Liquidity Planning, Funding Strategies and Industry Trends)

To schedule a Member-Director Education Session, contact Adam Goldstein, SVP, Chief Business Officer at (212) 441-6703.

…………………………………………………………………..

Our location may have changed, but our mission remains the same, and we look forward to continuing to serve as a reliable partner to our members from our new space.
