2024 Affordable Housing Program (AHP)
General Fund Trainings
The AHP General Fund supports the acquisition, construction, or rehabilitation of affordable housing through an annual, competitive round. In its 2023 round, the FHLBNY awarded AHP funds to 42 projects for a total of $42 million.
We are excited to review the next group of AHP project applications. Training sessions for the 2024 AHP General Fund round will begin in February. The focus of the AHP training is to help members and housing partners increase the quality of their application submissions as well as review existing and new scoring criteria. FHLBNY staff will also provide an analysis of the 2023 AHP General Fund round and offer insights on the review process for 2024.
