FHLBNY’s 2024 HDP®
Virtual Training Sessions
The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (FHLBNY) is excited to announce the 2024 Homebuyer Dream Program® (HDP®) Round to our members. The 2024 HDP Round is anticipated to open on
January 8, 2024.
We appreciate your support of the HDP and remain committed to serving the needs of our members and meeting the expectations of community housing partners and prospective borrowers. The administration of the program will continue as an annual round, and each participating member will be provided an individual allotment of funds.
To accommodate the scheduling needs of your institution, the FHLBNY will conduct a series of training sessions, as outlined below. The sessions will provide a review of the program criteria, including enhancements to the 2024 Round, an in-depth technical training on how to successfully submit household requests through the FHLBNY File Transfer System and an opportunity to provide answers to any questions. We encourage all HDP interfacing partners within your organization to attend one of the upcoming training sessions to prepare for the 2024 HDP Round:

- Tuesday, November 7, 2023, 2:00–3:30 PM – Register
- Wednesday, November 8, 2023, 3:00–4:30 PM – Register
- Thursday, November 16, 2023, 2:00–3:30 PM – Register*
*Live Spanish translation will be available for the session on November 16.
