Overview

The MPF^® Provider presents a webinar to provide guidance to PFIs on how to underwrite mortgages when the property is located in a rural area.

The primary focus of the webinar will be the evaluation of the acceptability of a property located in a rural area as security for a conventional mortgage. In addition, we will also provide guidance on the underwriting of some common farm income and debt scenarios.
