Managing deposit costs is more than just pricing. In this second session of the two-part webinar series presented by Parliment Consulting Services, Janet Lockwood will present analytical tools to help you manage deposits in this low-rate environment.

It requires the retail tools of market segmentation and product differentiation techniques in order to price rate sensitive vs. non-rate sensitive customers. Starting with a decile distribution of depositors for each deposit product line will help you build a profile of high balance depositors. With a focus on non-maturity deposits, Janet will use marginal cost/savings analysis to help you fund your balance sheet at the lowest marginal cost.
