The 2025 Homebuyer Dream Program® (HDP®) Rounds Are Now Closed
Thank you for participating in the 2025 (HDP®) Rounds and for helping low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership.
The 2026 HDP® Rounds are scheduled to open on Monday, February 9, 2026.
We look forward to creating even more opportunities through the next HDP Rounds.
The HDP programs offer grants to be used toward down payment and closing cost assistance to eligible first-time homebuyers who obtain mortgage financing through one of our approved participating members.
