HDP Suite Round Information
The 2026 HDP Suite rounds remain open through November 27, 2026. Prepare for the 2027 HDP Suite rounds, which open on February 8, 2027, by registering for upcoming training, reviewing the 2027 HDP Guidelines and 2027 AHP Implementation Plan, and completing the Member Participation Agreement (MPA) and File Transfer System Enrollment forms, as applicable.
The HDP Suite allows Members to provide grants to be used toward down payment and closing cost assistance to eligible first-time homebuyers.
Homebuyers must contact an approved participating member to obtain mortgage financing. The list of participating members for the 2026 Homebuyer Dream Program Suite will be published by the end of January.
