2024 Report to Members
A Proven Foundation for a Vital Mission
In our 92nd year, we reached a new milestone for our flagship community offering: more than $1 billion in Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grants awarded since the program’s inception. We also delivered our second-highest earnings of $738.5 million and set aside a record $130 million for combined statutory and voluntary contributions to our housing and economic development programs.
