Preliminary Eligibility

If your institution is eligible for membership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, please complete the appropriate Preliminary/Eligibility Worksheets below. We also recommend reviewing the application checklist for your institution type to familiarize yourself with the requirements before applying.

To help determine your institution’s eligibility, you may conduct a preliminary analysis by completing the relevant worksheets using data primarily from your regulatory financial reports.

Alternatively, you may request assistance from a Relationship Manager to perform the analysis on your behalf.
