Preliminary Eligibility

If your institution is eligible for membership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, please complete the appropriate Preliminary/Eligibility Worksheets below. We also recommend reviewing the Application Checklist to familiarize yourself with the requirements before applying.

To help determine your institution’s eligibility, you may conduct a preliminary analysis by completing the relevant worksheets using data primarily from your regulatory financial reports.

Alternatively, you may request assistance from a Relationship Manager to perform the analysis on your behalf.
