Small Business Recovery Grant Program

SBRG Forms, Guidelines and Agreements

The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (FHLBNY), in an effort to further its mission and support its members in New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, is offering another round of the COVID-19 Small Business Recovery Grant Program (SBRG).

The SBRG program is intended to support the financial security of organizations that have suffered a decrease in revenue as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. All applications submitted to the FHLBNY must be through a participating member. The members are solely responsible for identifying eligible recipients; collecting, verifying, and retaining all documentation that supports that eligibility and compliance with the Program Guidelines; and submitting applications to the FHLBNY for program funds.

Small businesses and non-profit organizations that previously received funding from any Member under the SBRG program are prohibited from receiving any additional funds under this program round.

Members are required to submit the COVID-19 Small Business Recovery Grant Program Member Acknowledgement form, executed by a senior officer of the member, prior to participation.
