    Liquid assets include checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, gifts, stocks, mutual funds, bonds, stock options and business funds. This webinar explains how the most common liquid assets work and what documentation is required to use these assets to qualify for conventional mortgage financing.

    In this session, we will:

    • Walk through industry guidelines for liquid assets;
    • Present documentation examples; and
    • Discuss the rules for what can be included, when it can be included and how to value these assets.

    Who should attend: Loan Officers, Processors, and Underwriters and Quality Control Staff

    Prerequisites: We recommend participants become familiar with the contents of following MPF Guide chapters before the webinar:
