    Overview

    The MPF® Program presents an in-depth webinar that will walk participants through the proper completion of the Uniform Residential Loan Application (Form 1003/65). The focus will be on the information that is required to be provided on the application as well as common errors found in quality control reviews. Although this subject may seem basic, the first critical step to achieving a loan approval, is a complete, and accurate loan application. Topics include:

    • What key pieces of information define an “application” (Regulation X)
    • What borrower responses trigger specific documentation requirements and the need for additional information
    • Government Monitoring Requirements
    • Differences between face-to-face, telephone, Internet, and mail-out applications
