Alfred A. DelliBovi, President and CEO of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York ("HLB"), cordially invites you to attend our forum: "Making Profitable Connections for Asset Growth." The HLB is continuously exploring new ways to add value to our members. With this in mind, the HLB is delighted to host this forum to present emerging industry opportunities and new services to help members generate more loan assets (see forum agenda below).

 

The forum will feature industry legend, Lewis Ranieri, Chairman of the Board of Root Markets, Inc. (RMI) and a founder of the securitized mortgage market. Mr. Ranieri is an expert and innovator in both the mortgage and capital markets. His new firm has created Root Exchange, a revolutionary lead generation marketplace, benefiting members by enabling them to bid on leads and close deals.

 

Marcia Myerberg, CEO of Root Markets, Inc., will present the Root Exchange program and how members can benefit from this new technology. Also, Kevin Neylan, SVP and Head of Strategy and Organizational Performance at the HLB, will present the HLB's new loan participation network, "Member Loan Connection." This network provides an information exchange for our member lenders who would like to sponsor or invest in loan participations with other HLB members.
