Sales Manager

Function:
- Communicate and maintain a customer-business environment based on the highest level of integrity, transparency and fair-dealing.
- Provide direction to Sales Division’s efforts to use existing tools and develop new capacity in a timely manner to identify, analyze, and manage the risks to achieve the Bank’s sales objectives flowing from strategic principles articulated by Board of Directors.
- Increase use of Bank’s Credit Products, Acquired Member Assets Programs, Community Investment Programs and Correspondent Services.
- Expand market potential and share of the Bank’s products and services to members and potential members, with direct responsibility for sales, customer relationship management and new business development.
- Ensure compliance with business forecast, and member/competitor actions.
- Define, implement and measure sales tactics to support the Bank’s strategies, including but not limited to: Account coverage, Member segmentation, Product development and Line of business strategies.
- Coordinate group activities with other areas of the Bank to achieve business goals while managing multiple priorities.
Requirements:
- MBA in Finance, Economics or Accounting required.
- Minimum of 6-10 years in banking, capital markets or financial services industry, with an emphasis on sales to institutional customers, presentations, managerial, technical, operations and administrative experience.
- Excellent organization, follow-up and managerial skills as well as strong presentation, speaking and sales skills; research, analytical and writing skills; customer relationship management.
