More than 70 HLB member institutions are approved to do business under the MPF Program, with more joining each day -- commercial banks, savings banks and credit unions. These institutions have sold over 23,000 residential mortgage loans into the program, totaling more than $3 billion. There is no minimum amount of loans you need to deliver to take advantage of these benefits.
