Part 1: System Administrator Configuration

 

Before you install the following on the User's computer, please make sure the computer meets the System Requirements:

 

The Microsoft Update Microsoft Base Smart Card Cryptographic Service Provider Package.	Step 1 Instructions
The hardware driver for the USB device (which is a smartcard reader).	Step 2 Instructions
Java JRE to sign transactions.	Step 3 Instructions

 

After these steps are complete, please restart the User's computer. The User may now begin Part 2.
